Every order is prepared with care, love, and positive intention. Processing times may vary slightly — but we always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Times
Our goal is to ship orders within 5–7 business days after payment is received.
If you ever need an order by a specific date (for a gift, ritual, or event), please reach out to curatedbylana0@gmail.com before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All physical orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your area.
Approximate delivery times (after dispatch):
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Preorders & Backorders
Some products (like limited-edition boxes or subscription items) may be listed as preorder or backorder. These will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at curatedbylana0@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
